2025 Annual Impact Report
As we close out the celebration of our first decade, we’re proud to share the story of how far Fish For Garbage has come. What began ten years ago as a small, passionate effort among local anglers has grown into a statewide movement of stewardship, education, and community-driven action. Over the years, together, we’ve pulled over one hundred thousand pounds of trash from our waterways, expanded our programs, built strong partnerships, and inspired thousands of volunteers to take ownership of the places they love.
This Years Impact Report is more than a look back—it’s a testament to what a community can accomplish when it rallies around a simple idea: that healthy waters benefit everyone, and everyone can play a part in protecting them. As you explore this report, you’ll see how our cleanups, youth engagement, and outreach efforts have evolved, and how your support has helped us grow into an organization capable of making measurable, lasting change.
We’re deeply grateful for the volunteers, donors, partners, and friends who have stood with us during these first ten years. And while we’re proud of what we’ve achieved, we’re even more excited for what’s ahead. With your continued support, the next decade of Fish For Garbage will be our most impactful yet.
