This drawing (“Drawing”) is conducted by Fish For Garbage, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to support environmental cleanup and conservation efforts. NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE ODDS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, board members, sponsors and immediate family members of Fish For Garbage are not eligible to win.
Entry Period
Online Entries will be accepted from February 20th 2026 through October 21st 2026 at 7PM & MST TIME.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
1. Donate Online To Earn Tickets via https://www.fishforgarbage.org/store/p/drawing
2. Mail-In entry to enter without donation, mail a handwritten postcard including your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Fish For Garbage – Boat Drawing , PO Box 71024, SLC, UT 84121 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 1st 2026 and received by October 15th 2026.
All entries have an equal chance of winning, regardless of method of entry.
Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about October 21st, 2026 at 7PM & MST TIME.. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.
Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Winner may be required to complete tax documentation, and Fish For Garbage may issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.
Liability Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Fish For Garbage, its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any claims related to participation in the Drawing or acceptance or use of the prize.
Governing Law
This Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
Privacy
Information collected will be used solely for administration of the Drawing and organizational communications. Fish For Garbage does not sell participant information.
