2024 Fill The Net Contest

Fish For Garbage #FILLTHENET Instagram contest:

1. **Eligibility**: The contest is open to individuals residing in the United States only.

2. **Entry Requirements**:

   - Participants must follow @FishForGarbage on Instagram.

   - To enter, participants must post on Instagram a photo or video of themselves cleaning up garbage from a water body (e.g., river, lake, beach). The garbage collected should be disposed of properly.

   - Entries must include the hashtag #FishForGarbage, #fillthenet and tag @fishforgarbage in the post.

3. **Submission Period**: The contest will run from May 1st, 2024, to October 31st, 2024 Entries submitted after October 31st will not be considered.

4. **Winner Selection**:

   - One winner will be selected each month during the contest period.

   - Winners will be chosen by random drawing.

   - Winners will be announced on the last day of each month on the Fish For Garbage Instagram page.

5. **Prizes**:

   - Each monthly winner will receive a grand prize, from our Sponsors.

• May’s prize is Gozney Roccbox Pizza Oven.

   - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

6. **Entry Limit**:

   - Participants may enter the contest as many times as they like throughout the contest period.

7. **Content Guidelines**:

   - Entries must be original and should not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright and trademark.

   - Content must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful material.

   - Participants must have the necessary permissions to use any recognizable individuals or locations featured in their entries.

8. **Rights**:

   - By entering the contest, participants grant Fish For Garbage the right to use their entries for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.

9. **Liability**:

   - Fish For Garbage is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur during the contest period.

   - Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fish For Garbage from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the contest.

10. **General Conditions**:

    - Fish For Garbage reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the contest rules or that is deemed inappropriate.

    - Fish For Garbage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
